Facilities Director
We are currently conducting a search for a Professional Services Firm in downtown Pittsburgh. They are seeking a Facilities Director whose responsibilities will include office space planning, lease negotiations and management, office housekeeping, office assignments, procurement and management of office furniture and equipment, purchasing, supplies/Management, floor warden/security systems, interface with landlords and building managers, coordinate with the other eight office managers, special services (kitchen management, coffee, supplies and catering services), Office services management ( coordinate outsourced programs, in-house print shop, telephone systems, voicemail systems).
Must be able to manage 12-15 people in-house and out placed employees with a wide range of skills in addition to being very articulate and having excellent writing skills.
Must be able to manage and negotiate all firm leases for nine offices.
